The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel location was very good, only about 10 minutes walk from the major sights and shopping streets. Our room was in overall silent, although there is a rather busy street next to the hotel. Breakfast was included in the price, which was nice (although the buffet was relatively simple from the viewpoint of selection).
The toilets were extremely noisy when flushing them. The size of the bedroom was quite small in comparison to the bathroom.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was absolutely huge, and its only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. Excellent value compared to the prices of nearby hotels. The street and front of the building are a bit shabby, but once inside its immaculate. Would definitely stay there again. Buffet continental breakfast for 12 euros was worth it as well

This hotel is right in the centre. We were there during the Gentse feesten and we still didn't have too much noise.
The reception is only open till 22h. So if you arrive later, you need to pay extra to receive the hotel key.

The staff is nice and the quality of the restaurant is good.
My room was a little noisy, since it faced on a street where sometimes people screamed during the night.

Our room was faced against the street, and it was very very loud. Drunken people were walking around the hotel in the middle of the night, and the cars were also very loud as well... My parents and my husband could not sleep at all. One good thing was that a receptionist was very nice and kind.

It was a pretty standard and fantastic little hotel in a very very nice area, short walk to number 1 tram from outside the station, restaurants/supermarket and center. The staff was accommodating, excellent. Coffee and cakes were better than expected.

very basic reception with only one member of staff on duty during the day. Unimposing entrance and difficult to establish.
